Zholistic Life Foundation, Inc. (“the Foundation”) operates as a faith-based nonprofit organization devoted to holistic community wellness through education, outreach, and service.
Transparency, stewardship, and integrity are central to our mission.
The following policies describe how we handle information, donations, volunteer engagement, and governance.

ZHOLISTIC LIFE POLICIES & LEGAL INFORMATION

Privacy Policy 

The Foundation values your privacy and protects your personal information in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws.

Information Collected

  • Contact details (name, email, address, phone) for donations, event registration, or volunteering

  • Payment data processed securely through Wix Payments, PayPal, or other PCI-compliant providers

  • Optional demographic or wellness information shared voluntarily for program participation

Use of Information

  • To process and acknowledge donations or volunteer involvement

  • To communicate program updates and impact reports

  • To comply with legal or accounting requirements

Data Security
All online donations are encrypted via SSL.
We never sell or rent personal information.

Donor Rights & Donation Policy

We believe every donor has the right to transparency and accountability.

Use of Funds
All gifts are used to advance the Foundation’s mission and may be directed toward specific programs, outreach, or general operations at the Board’s discretion.

Acknowledgment
Donors receive email receipts and year-end summaries suitable for tax records.

Non-Refundable Gifts
All donations are considered final and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate charges or processing error (must be reported within 48 hours).

Pending 501(c)(3) Status
Zholistic Life Foundation Inc. is operating as a faith-based nonprofit and intends to obtain federal 501(c)(3) designation.
Contributions will be tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed once that status is confirmed.

Refund & Correction Policy
  • Donation errors may be corrected within 48 hours of the transaction.

  • Event or ticket refunds will follow the policy stated on the event registration form.

  • To request a correction, email foundation@zholisticlife.com with proof of payment.

By registering for a Foundation event or volunteer activity, participants acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Participation is voluntary and at one’s own risk.

  • The Foundation, its officers, board members, and partners are released from any liability for injury or loss that may occur during participation.

  • Participants consent to the use of event photographs or recordings for mission-related communications unless otherwise requested in writing.

Volunteer & Participant Liability Release

All directors, officers, and staff of Zholistic Life Foundation serve in the best interests of the organization.
Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed to the Board and recorded in meeting minutes.
Board members shall abstain from voting on matters where a conflict exists.
This policy aligns with Article VI of the Foundation Bylaws.

The Foundation maintains accurate financial records and undergoes annual internal review.
Upon completion of each fiscal year, an Annual Impact Summary or IRS Form 990-N (postcard filing) will be made available to the public upon request.
Funds are stewarded with prayer, purpose, and prudence.
