Had to take a moment to shoutout Zholistic Life & Zho Foster! I did a 30 day detox pill provided by him that is all natural and has many benefits aside from weight loss. I took the pills, along with maximizing my water intake and minimizing fried foods and soda. I did workout a little, but when I say bare minimum I mean it lol the workout part was NOT consistent.
