Meet Our Founder
Alonzo “Zho” Foster
Founder & Executive Director
Visionary. Author. Coach. Servant leader.
Zho’s journey began with his own pursuit of healing, from mental, physical, and spiritual exhaustion to renewal and purpose in Christ. Through his work with Zholistic Life Health & Wellness, he has helped individuals find balance in mind, body, and spirit. But as his mission grew, God gave him a greater burden: to take holistic renewal beyond individuals and into entire communities.
Zho leads with a heart for restoration and a belief that every person carries divine potential. His leadership philosophy is simple yet profound: “When one thrives, we all can thrive.”
He now serves as the Founder and Executive Director of the Zholistic Life Foundation, guiding its programs, partnerships, and vision to build a true community of we.

Our Story
The Zholistic Life Foundation began not as an idea for an organization, but as a personal transformation.
For years, our founder, Alonzo “Zho” Foster, tried to carry everything alone, believing strength meant doing it all himself. That mindset led to exhaustion and emptiness until God revealed a greater truth: real strength is found in connection, with Him and with one another.
From that revelation came a burden to see wholeness extend beyond individuals and into entire communities. What started as Zho’s personal journey toward healing mind, body, and spirit became a movement to help families, neighborhoods, and generations live whole together.
The Zholistic Life Foundation was created to carry that vision forward, transforming isolation into unity, and turning personal renewal into community restoration.
