Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment: All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Payment confirms your time slot and unlocks access to any pre-session forms or materials. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice using the link in your confirmation email. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours due to an emergency, please contact us directly. Grace will be extended when appropriate. Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your session will receive a full refund (minus payment processing fees, if applicable). Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows or same-day missed appointments without notice are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.just for you. Grace & Respect: We understand that life happens. Our policy is rooted in stewardship of time—yours and ours. If an emergency arises, we will do our best to work with you. Please communicate as soon as possible. Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled or shortened depending on availability. No extra time can be added past the original scheduled end time. Pre-Session Requirements: All clients are required to complete the appropriate intake or reflection form at least 12 hours before their session to ensure a focused and fruitful experience. Failure to submit forms may limit how much we can accomplish in your session. Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential. Your privacy, story, and progress are treated with the utmost care and respect. Anything shared during a session will not be disclosed without your written consent, except where required by law.
